Mating Materials: Steel on high-duty bronze Maintenance required
Standard : DIN ISO 12240-4 dimension series K
Inner ring: Antifriction bearing steel, hardened, ground and polished.
Outer ring: Sliding face made of high-duty bronze. Lubricant is distributed via the lubrication groove in the outer ring.
Housing: Sizes 3 to 12 free-cutting steel, sizes 14 to 50 tempering steel (standar- dised), all sizes galvanized and chromatised. The spherical bearing is pressed into the housing and caulked at both sides.
Lubrication nipple: Sizes 3 and 5 without lubrication nipple. Sizes 6 to 50 lubrication nipp- le DIN 3405, shape D. Further lubrication nipple shapes available on request.
